Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns for the reason of "change of mind" in all cases.
If you find a defect in the product, please contact us to arrange an exchange via customerservice@mitrbangkok.com only, and send the item back for exchange within 10 days of receipt only (returns after 10 days will not be accepted under any circumstances).
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was received.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team through the channel where you made your purchase.
Please ensure that items being returned or exchanged are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
If a return does not meet the above conditions, the refund may not be accepted.
